The Post Tenebras Lux zine ("The Project") is a collaborative, non-profit, digital fan zine. Ideas, art, or other creative works submitted that are used by The Project in the zine's development, promotion, and/or final version ("Contributions") may include, but are not limited to: official Contribution submissions, Discord messages, and works in progress. By submitting to the project, you ("The Applicant") agree that:

• The Applicant retains copyright of their contributions. However, by submitting contributions to The Project, The Applicant agrees to allow them in showcasing the contributions as promotional material and as assets in the final output of the fanzine.

• The Applicant agrees to their contributions being used in a fanzine with visual assets licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, and open source GNU General Public License version 3 code.

• The Project has the right to reject The Applicant’s contributions if it violates The Project’s submission rules and therefore not use the material for the zine’s final output or any promotional material for The Project.

• The Project will not monetize any materials that incorporate any of The Applicant's contributions.

• The Applicant is allowed to monetize their contribution as a separate material that is not affiliated with The Project (e.g. fan merchandise) only 60 days after the final output of The Project is released. This does not include submitting the Contributions to other fan zine projects with similar themes.

• The rights granted herein shall apply throughout the world and shall endure for the life of any copyrighted works submitted to The Project.
